What is a Key Account?
A Key Account modifies the standard workflow for specific customers or partners. Key Accounts can:
- Support multiple identities and branding.
- Alter automations and messaging for that account.
- Determine which chargepoints and packages are available.
Creating a Key Account
- Go to Settings.
- Select Key Accounts.
- Click New Key Account.
- Fill in the account details and save.
Customisation
The Customisation section allows you to tailor the online survey and application experience for each Key Account. You can:
- Change fonts and colours to match the Key Account's branding.
- Add or remove questions from the survey.
- Set questions as mandatory or non-mandatory.
