A Guide to Key Accounts

What is a Key Account?

A Key Account modifies the standard workflow for specific customers or partners. Key Accounts can:

  • Support multiple identities and branding.
  • Alter automations and messaging for that account.
  • Determine which chargepoints and packages are available.

Creating a Key Account

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Select Key Accounts.
  3. Click New Key Account.
  4. Fill in the account details and save.

Customisation

The Customisation section allows you to tailor the online survey and application experience for each Key Account. You can:

  • Change fonts and colours to match the Key Account's branding.
  • Add or remove questions from the survey.
  • Set questions as mandatory or non-mandatory.
