What are Packages?
Packages are a way to set up jobs with predefined configurations. They allow you to frontload the online survey with specific questions tailored to the job, such as:
- Tethered or untethered chargepoint
- Solar panel installation
- Tariff selection
Payment Options
Packages support multiple payment forms:
- Type in card details
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Microsoft Wallet
- Klarna
You can configure packages to accept:
- Full payment — The entire amount is paid upfront.
- Split payments — The total is divided into multiple payments.
- Deposits — A partial payment is taken initially, with the balance due later.
When a customer selects a package, the system automatically creates a specific invoice based on the package chosen.
