A Guide to Sending Messages

Onroute has built-in messaging that supports phone calls, SMS, and email.

Note: SMS messages are charged at 7p per text.

Sending a Message

  1. Go to the job or customer record.
  2. Click the message icon.
  3. Go to the SMS or Email tab, depending on the type of message you want to send.
  4. Type your message and click Send.

Bulk Messaging

  1. On the Job Dashboard, use Filters to select the jobs you want to message.
  2. Click the Bulk Message button.
  3. Compose your message and send it to all filtered customers at once.

Attaching Files

  1. Go to the Email tab in the messaging area.
  2. Scroll to the Attachments section.
  3. Drag and drop a file into the attachment area, or right-click and select Insert File.
