Onroute has built-in messaging that supports phone calls, SMS, and email.
Note: SMS messages are charged at 7p per text.
Sending a Message
- Go to the job or customer record.
- Click the message icon.
- Go to the SMS or Email tab, depending on the type of message you want to send.
- Type your message and click Send.
Bulk Messaging
- On the Job Dashboard, use Filters to select the jobs you want to message.
- Click the Bulk Message button.
- Compose your message and send it to all filtered customers at once.
Attaching Files
- Go to the Email tab in the messaging area.
- Scroll to the Attachments section.
- Drag and drop a file into the attachment area, or right-click and select Insert File.
