Use this function to add a new customer to Onroute and create a job for them. Each customer receives a unique link and short code.
Required Fields
- Full Name — The customer's full name.
- Customer Type — Select the appropriate customer type.
- Email Address — The customer's email address.
- Phone Number — The customer's phone number.
- Job Type — Select the type of job.
- Source — How the customer was referred or found you.
- Job Address — The address where the work will take place.
You can also set marketing consent options to control whether the customer receives marketing communications.
Editing a Job
After a job has been created, you can edit all fields except the unique short code. To edit a job, open the job record and click Edit Job, make your changes, and save.
