Navigating the Job Dashboard

The Job Dashboard is the central hub for managing all of your jobs in Onroute. Here is a guide to every element on the dashboard:

  1. Jobs — View all jobs in a list format.
  2. Calendar — View jobs in a calendar layout to see scheduled dates at a glance.
  3. Messages Dashboard — Access all messages sent and received across jobs.
  4. Assign Account Manager — Assign an account manager to one or more jobs.
  5. Bulk Messaging — Send SMS or email messages to multiple customers at once.
  6. View Tasks — See all tasks associated with your jobs.
  7. Search — Search for jobs by customer name, address, or reference number.
  8. Add a New Customer — Create a new customer record and job.
  9. Import Jobs — Import jobs from a spreadsheet or CSV file.
  10. Automations — Configure automated emails and SMS messages triggered by job events.
  11. Settings — Access dashboard settings and preferences.
  12. Sort By — Sort the job list by different fields (e.g. date, status, customer name).
  13. Sort By Ascending/Descending — Toggle the sort order between ascending and descending.
  14. Job Status — Each job displays a status icon indicating its current state.

  1. Job Information Preview — Click on a job to see a quick preview of the job details without opening the full record.
  2. Filters — Filter the job list by status, date range, account manager, or other criteria.
  3. Map — View all jobs on an interactive map.
  4. Jobs Slipping Away — Highlights jobs that may need attention (e.g. overdue or at risk).
  5. Export Jobs — Export the current job list to a spreadsheet or CSV file.
