Set up Automations

Automations allow you to send automatic messages (SMS or email) at any stage of the job lifecycle. You can set up triggers based on events such as:

  • Application not completed
  • Customer hasn't submitted required information
  • Job booked
  • Payment received
  • Quote created
  • Status changed
  • Job cancelled
  • Job placed on hold

How to Set Up an Automation

  1. Go to the Job Dashboard.
  2. Click the Settings icon.
  3. Select either SMS or Email as the message type.
  4. Tailor the automation by choosing the trigger event, message content, and timing.
  5. Click Save & Close to activate the automation.

Once saved, the automation will run automatically whenever the trigger conditions are met.
