Automations allow you to send automatic messages (SMS or email) at any stage of the job lifecycle. You can set up triggers based on events such as:
- Application not completed
- Customer hasn't submitted required information
- Job booked
- Payment received
- Quote created
- Status changed
- Job cancelled
- Job placed on hold
How to Set Up an Automation
- Go to the Job Dashboard.
- Click the Settings icon.
- Select either SMS or Email as the message type.
- Tailor the automation by choosing the trigger event, message content, and timing.
- Click Save & Close to activate the automation.
Once saved, the automation will run automatically whenever the trigger conditions are met.
