Cannot assign job to installer?

If you see the error "You cannot assign this job without an address", it means the job does not have a map marker set. Follow these steps to fix it:

  1. Check the map above the customer name.
  2. If there is no map displayed, the marker has not been set.
  3. Click Edit Job.
  4. Enter the postcode in the address field.
  5. Click Search to find the address.
  6. Select a general address from the search results.
  7. Drag the map marker to the exact location.
  8. Select the padlock icon to lock the location in place.
  9. Manually enter the full, correct address in the address field.
  10. Click Save Changes.
  11. Click Edit Job again.
  12. Click Save Changes a second time to confirm.
  13. Verify that the map now appears above the customer name. You should now be able to assign the job.
