If you see the error "You do not have permission to access the desktop app", you need to clear your local FileMaker files.
Steps (Windows)
- Close Onroute completely.
- Open File Explorer.
- In the address bar, type
%localappdata%and press Enter. - Open the FileMaker folder, then the FileMaker Pro folder. Delete all contents inside.
- Navigate to Local > Temp > FileMaker. Delete all contents inside.
- Navigate to AppData > Roaming > FileMaker > FileMaker Pro. Delete all contents inside.
- Restart Onroute and try again.
