Clearing Local Files

If you see the error "You do not have permission to access the desktop app", you need to clear your local FileMaker files.

Steps (Windows)

  1. Close Onroute completely.
  2. Open File Explorer.
  3. In the address bar, type %localappdata% and press Enter.
  4. Open the FileMaker folder, then the FileMaker Pro folder. Delete all contents inside.
  5. Navigate to Local > Temp > FileMaker. Delete all contents inside.
  6. Navigate to AppData > Roaming > FileMaker > FileMaker Pro. Delete all contents inside.
  7. Restart Onroute and try again.
