Error 1631

Error 1631 means you are unable to log in due to a network settings issue on your iOS device.

Solution

  1. Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone/iPad > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
  2. Your device will restart.
  3. Reconnect to the internet. You may need to re-enter your Wi-Fi passwords.
  4. Log in to Onroute as usual.
