Error 1631 means you are unable to log in due to a network settings issue on your iOS device.
Solution
- Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone/iPad > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
- Your device will restart.
- Reconnect to the internet. You may need to re-enter your Wi-Fi passwords.
- Log in to Onroute as usual.
