Error 802 can occur if you are not connected to the internet or if your password contains illegal characters.

Solution
- Check your internet connection.
- Restart your PC.
- Reload Onroute.
If you are still having trouble:
- Change your password, making sure to exclude the characters listed above.
- Select Remember me on this device.
- Click Sign in.
