Error 802 can occur if you are not connected to the internet or if your password contains illegal characters.

The following characters are not allowed in passwords: @ : $ #

Solution

  1. Check your internet connection.
  2. Restart your PC.
  3. Reload Onroute.

If you are still having trouble:

  1. Change your password, making sure to exclude the characters listed above.
  2. Select Remember me on this device.
  3. Click Sign in.
