Expired Password

If you see the error "Your password has expired", follow these steps:

  1. Check your internet connection.
  2. Restart your PC.
  3. Reload Onroute.

If you are still having trouble:

  1. Change your password, making sure to exclude the following characters: @ $ : #
  2. Select Go back.
  3. Enter your username.
  4. Fill in your new password.
