Mac
- Quit FileMaker completely.
- Open Finder and go to Applications.
- Find and delete the FileMaker folder.
- Remove related files from the following locations:
~/Library/Application Support/FileMaker/~/Library/Preferences/(remove FileMaker-related preference files)~/Library/Caches/(remove FileMaker-related cache files)
- Empty the Trash.
Windows
- Close FileMaker completely.
- Open Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall a program.
- Find FileMaker in the list, select it, and click Uninstall.
- Delete any leftover files from the following locations:
C:\Program Files\FileMaker\C:\ProgramData\FileMaker\%localappdata%\FileMaker\%appdata%\FileMaker\
After uninstalling, follow the Installing Onroute guide to reinstall.
