Error 413
This error occurs when a DNO application attachment is too large to send.
Solution
- Check the file size against the threshold limit.
- If sending a video, consider sending a photo instead, as video files are significantly larger.
- Reduce the file size or compress the attachment before sending.
Error 422
This error is caused by invalid characters in the message or an attachment that is too large.
Solution
- Check your message for invalid characters, particularly curly apostrophes (
’) and curly quotation marks (“”). Replace them with straight equivalents. - Check the attachment file size and reduce it if necessary.
