Network Issues

Error 1629

The connection has timed out.

Solution

  • Check your internet connection.
  • If you are tethering from another device, reset the network settings on both devices.

"Check your internet connection" Error

Solution

  1. Click OK to dismiss the error.
  2. Check your internet connection is working.
  3. If your connection is fine, the issue may be an expired password.
  4. Change your password, making sure to exclude the following characters: @ $ : #
  5. Select Go back.
  6. Enter your username.
  7. Fill in your new password.

Error 1631

Solution

  1. Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone/iPad > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
  2. Your device will restart.
  3. Reconnect to the internet (you may need to re-enter your Wi-Fi password).
  4. Log in to Onroute as usual.
