Error 1629
The connection has timed out.
Solution
- Check your internet connection.
- If you are tethering from another device, reset the network settings on both devices.

Solution
- Click OK to dismiss the error.
- Check your internet connection is working.
- If your connection is fine, the issue may be an expired password.
- Change your password, making sure to exclude the following characters:
@$:# - Select Go back.
- Enter your username.
- Fill in your new password.
Error 1631
Solution
- Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone/iPad > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
- Your device will restart.
- Reconnect to the internet (you may need to re-enter your Wi-Fi password).
- Log in to Onroute as usual.
