How to Reset Your Password
- On the login screen, click Forgotten your password?
- Click Send password reset link.
- Check your email and follow the instructions in the password reset message.
- Copy and paste the temporary password from the email. Important: Be careful not to copy a trailing space after the password.
- Enter your username (your email address).
- Change your password, making sure to exclude the following characters:
@$:#
If you are still having trouble:
- Select Go back.
- Enter your username.
- Fill in your new password again.
