Resetting your Password

How to Reset Your Password

  1. On the login screen, click Forgotten your password?
  2. Click Send password reset link.
  3. Check your email and follow the instructions in the password reset message.
  4. Copy and paste the temporary password from the email. Important: Be careful not to copy a trailing space after the password.
  5. Enter your username (your email address).
  6. Change your password, making sure to exclude the following characters: @ $ : #

If you are still having trouble:

  1. Select Go back.
  2. Enter your username.
  3. Fill in your new password again.
